At our events your delegate badge may, with your permission, be scanned by sponsor companies in the exhibition hall. If you allow your badge to be scanned, you agree for those companies to contact you about their products, events and/or services – some of which may be promotional in nature. This may affect any previous permissions you may have given when registering for the event.

I understand and agree that my personal data may be held and used by the organiser Closerstill Events Ltd in order to run this event, to inform you about future events and to monitor event traffic to improve the event experience for future participants. Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via email when full payment is received. All postal registrations must be accompanied by a cheque or credit card details. Once registered, should you not be able to attend, your pass IS transferable to another member of your practice. Cancellation Policy: Paid for places can be refunded up until 30th September 2023. After this date, no refunds will be given, but passes can be transferred to a colleague or to the 2024 conference. Tickets may only be transferred once. Once a transfer has been made no refund can be given.
Please note: You need to notify us by the 14^th November 2023 to transfer your pass, or the pass will expire.
