When you allow your badge to be scanned by or on behalf of an exhibitor or sponsor at AIIM Forum Europe, you are consenting to your personal data being provided to that company (name/address/telephone/email), as submitted when registering for the event. They may use this data for things such as marketing their goods or services.

By proceeding with this registration, you are committing to placing an order to attend the conference at the charge shown above. Payment is due at time of booking and must be received to guarantee your place. If payment has not been received within 60-days the organiser reserves the right to impose a surcharge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. If payment has not been received prior to the event then entry may be refused.
Cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com Cancellations made up to 90 days prior to the event will refunded in full, less bank charges and an administration charge of £100. Cancellations made less than 90 days prior cannot be refunded. Substitutions can be made at any time. All deadlines relate to the date of the event at the time of booking
These terms take precedence over the equivalent clauses of our standard Terms & Conditions.
From time to time, we may also invite you to attend other relevant events, but you will always have a choice and can unsubscribe or opt out at any time.

Please note that cameras may be present at the event as per past years, photos and video footage may be used on future promotional material. Attendees not wishing to be filmed can make themselves known to the camera team so that they can be avoided.
