How we handle your data?

AIIM International and Revolution Events are the joint controller of your personal data that is used for the conference. Revolution Events, who administer the conference, is also the main processor of your information. Contact details for both organisations can be found at www.aiim.org & www.revolution-events.com

We collect and use your information in a mixture of our own legitimate interests as the conference organiser and under a legal obligation for your dietary or disability needs if you have them.

We will use the details you supply when reserving your place at the AIIM Forum Europe to send you information about the event. This includes, programme updates, information on exhibitors and other special features which form an integral part of the event. We cannot rely on your consent to send you this as there will be things that crop up from time to time and changes, we may need to make that we cannot anticipate. We will also use your information to create your access badge when you arrive at the event. We do not share your data with others unless we need to in order to deliver your attendance at our conference and we will never sell this information to others. From time to time, we may also invite you to attend other relevant events, but you will always have a choice and can unsubscribe or opt out at any time.

Registrations from vendors who are not AIIM+ Pro Members, AIIM+ Members or AIIM Preferred Providers are not available through this conference package, this ticket is heavily discounted due to the event partners subsidising the ticket cost. Non-member Vendors who register at this discounted rate will be invoiced for the difference.

Booking Conditions

By proceeding with this registration, you are committing to placing an order to attend the conference at the charge shown above. Payment is due at time of booking and must be received to guarantee your place. If payment has not been received within 60-days the organiser reserves the right to impose a surcharge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. If payment has not been received prior to the event then entry may be refused.

Cancellations must be made in writing to aiim@revolution-events.com Cancellations made up to 90 days prior to the event will refunded in full, less bank charges and an administration charge of £100. Cancellations made less than 90 days prior cannot be refunded. Substitutions can be made at any time. All deadlines relate to the date of the event at the time of booking

These terms take precedence over the equivalent clauses of our standard Terms & Conditions.

Please note that cameras may be present at the event as per past years, photos and video footage may be used on future promotional material. Attendees not wishing to be filmed can make themselves known to the camera team so that they can be avoided.
