Registration for pre-conference workshops (Dec 1) will open later this year. You will be able to sign up separately for a workshop at that time, by simply adding a booking to your existing registration. The fees mentioned above include conference materials, coffee breaks and lunch on December 2 & 3, 2021. These fees do not include access to the Pre-Conference Workshops on December 1, 2021. Individuals or organisations within EU member countries (except Germany) will not be charged 19% VAT given they can provide a currently valid VAT-ID. The VAT-ID can be submitted under the Payment section.

General Terms and Conditions

Applications/Registrations are considered as binding and become effective upon dispatch of the confirmation and invoice by the event organiser, OEB Learning Technologies Europe GmbH based in Berlin, Germany. This registration contract is valid under German Law.
Cancellations need to be made in writing and cancellation fees are charged as follows:

  • For cancellations up to Sept 8, 2021: 50€ administration fee
  • For cancellations after Sept 8 and up to Sept 22, 2021: 50% of the participation fee
  • For cancellations after Sept 22 and up to Oct 6, 2021: 75% of the participation fee
  • For cancellations after Oct 6, 2021: 100% of the participation fee

Please note, that there is no refund for non-attendance and that even in such a case the contract is still valid. It is, however, possible to send a replacement without any extra cost or formal procedure.
