You will be able to sign up separately for a workshop at that time, by simply adding a booking to your existing registration. The fees mentioned above include conference materials, coffee breaks and lunch on November 23 & 24, 2023. These fees do not include access to the Pre-Conference Workshops on November 22, 2023. Individuals or organisations within EU member countries (except Germany) will not be charged 19% VAT given they can provide a currently valid VAT-ID. Your presentation material may be recorded (video and audio), for use by OEB Learning Technologies Europe GmbH for post-event promotional purposes and for delegates to access this material online for further education after the event. If you do not wish for your presentation to be accessible to this audience, please inform our programme team at programme@oeb.global.

General Terms and Conditions

Applications/Registrations are considered as binding and become effective upon dispatch of the confirmation and invoice by the event organiser, OEB Learning Technologies Europe GmbH based in Berlin, Germany. This registration contract is valid under German Law.
Cancellations need to be made in writing and cancellation fees are charged as follows:

  • For cancellations up to Aug 31, 2023: 50€ administration fee
  • For cancellations after Aug 31 and up to Sept 14, 2023: 50% of the participation fee
  • For cancellations after Sept 14 and up to Sept 28, 2023: 75% of the participation fee
  • For cancellations after Sept 28, 2023: 100% of the participation fee

Please note, that there is no refund for non-attendance and that even in such a case the contract is still valid. It is, however, possible to send a replacement without any extra cost or formal procedure. 

Image and sound recording

Image and sound recordings will be made of all aspects of the event. Recordings may be published on the OEB website or used for marketing purposes in either print or online format.
