General Terms and Conditions

Applications/Registrations are considered as binding and become effective upon dispatch of the confirmation and invoice by the event organiser, OEB Learning Technologies Europe GmbH based in Berlin, Germany. This registration contract is valid under German Law.
Cancellations need to be made in writing and cancellation fees are charged as follows:

For cancellations up to Aug 31, 2023: 50€ administration fee
For cancellations after Aug 31 and up to Sept 14, 2023: 50% of the participation fee
For cancellations after Sept 14 and up to Sept 28, 2023: 75% of the participation fee
For cancellations after Sept 28, 2023: 100% of the participation fee

Please note, that there is no refund for non-attendance and that even in such a case the contract is still valid. It is, however, possible to send a replacement without any extra cost or formal procedure.
