Providing you with the opportunity to network with like-minded professionals and learn from industry experts in the exclusive surroundings of the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.

Wednesday and Thursday Conference access
Wednesday lunch, drinks reception and dinner
Thursday, breakfast and lunch; refreshments provided on both days

Under data protection legislation, CILIP and Revolution Events believe that they will have a legitimate interest in using the details you supply when reserving your place at The CILIP Conference to send you information about the event. This includes your badge, programme updates, information on exhibitors and other special features which form an integral part of the event. To ensure this commitment is reflected across all CILIP’s activities, we have a code of conduct which outlines our expectations for presenter and participant behaviour. Badge scanning

When you allow your badge to be scanned by or on behalf of an exhibitor or sponsor at CILIP Conference, you are consenting to your personal data being provided to that company (name/address/telephone/email), as submitted when registering for the event. They may use this data for things such as marketing their goods or services.

Booking Conditions

By proceeding with this registration, you are committing to placing an order to attend the conference at the charge shown above. Payment must be received to guarantee your place. If payment has not been received prior to the event, then entry may be refused.

Cancellations must be made in writing to cilip@revolution-events.com. Cancellations made up to 90 days prior to the event will be refunded in full, less bank charges and an administration charge of £100. Cancellations made less than 90 days prior cannot be refunded. Substitutions can be made at any time. All deadlines relate to the date of the event at the time of the booking.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking. If a booking is cancelled, we will email the delegate at the relevant stated email address on the booking form. Any monies received for bookings we cancel will be refunded in full.

These terms replace the relevant sections of our standard Terms & Conditions.

Please note that cameras may be present at the event as per past years, photos and footage will be used in future promotional material. Attendees not wishing to be filmed can make themselves known to the camera team so that they can be avoided.
