Pharmaceutical companies have solely provided sponsorship through the purchase of exhibition space and/or sponsored speaker sessions with no further input into the arrangements or agenda of the meeting. At our events your delegate badge may, with your permission, be scanned by sponsor or exhibiting companies in the exhibition hall. If you allow your badge to be scanned, you agree for those companies to contact you about their products, events and services – some of which may be promotional in nature. This may affect any previous permissions you may have given when registering for the event. If you attend a session as part of an event and you agree to your delegate badge being scanned by us at that session, we may share your registration details with the seminar / conference theatre sponsors of the sessions you attend. They may contact you about similar products, events and services related to your area of interest.
