Some areas of the event are 'gated experiences' and will require your badge to be scanned. By choosing to allow your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor, sponsor or for a seminar session when at the event, you will be providing the exhibitor, sponsor and organisers with your personal data. This data may be used to contact you about products or services. If you do not want your details passed on to exhibitors, we advise that you do not present your badge to them for scanning.
