We take your privacy seriously. By registering for this event we wish to use your information on the basis of our legitimate interests to keep in contact with you about future editions of this and other relevant events, products and services which may be of interest to you.

Some of our events and products are co-branded, co-delivered or sponsored by third party exhibitors or sponsors. We may share your details with these third party partners. Should we do so at live events, a clear notice will be provided that gives the opportunity to opt-out or opt-in to such sharing as required by applicable data protection laws. As part of your registration you will be invited to activate your access to DSEI Connect. For detailed information on how your data is processed and shared with selected sponsors/exhibitors please refer to our Privacy Policy (Sections 4 & 5) and the privacy information within the DSEI Connect application.

We will only ever use the information we collect or receive about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you prefer us not to contact you about relevant events, products and services that we believe you will be interested in, you can manage your preferences via a link we will send you, unsubscribe using the link in our emails or by emailing privacy@clarionevents.com.

In order for your DSEI registration to be verified please upload a current photograph of yourself and proof of ID. This enables us to maintain security at DSEI – both at ExCeL and online – by ensuring that each entrance badge is connected to an individual and cannot be passed on.

  Your ID document will automatically be deleted from our system as soon as you have been verified.

You cannot continue with your DSEI registration until you have uploaded this information.

Your photo should:

• be current
• be a close-up of your full head and upper shoulders
• be facing forwards and looking straight at the camera
• have your eyes open and visible and not have anything covering your face
• contain no other objects or people
• be taken against a plain background & in clear contrast to the background
• not have 'red eye'
