Build & Breakdown Pass Registration

Please complete this form if you need access to the hall during the build and/or breakdown of the event. It is essential that each person coming on site during these times has read the following documents, and completes all information in the below fields:

Once you have registered, you will be able to download your Build & Breakdown Pass on the next page. We will also email you a link to download your pass, please keep the email safe so that you can gain access onsite.

Due to the Security measures of the event, please also bring a form of photo-ID with you (e.g. a Driver's License, or Passport).

Please note: We collect your personal data to provide you with a Build & Breakdown Pass, and share any relevant Health & Safety information for the event. Any data collected will not be utilised for marketing purposes, nor shared with third parties.

For your Jewellery Show registration to be verified, please upload a current photograph of yourself. This enables us to maintain security by ensuring that each badge is connected to an individual, and cannot be passed on.

This personal information will not be retained by CloserStill Media and will be deleted by our registration partner once the event is closed.

You cannot continue with your Jewellery Show registration until you have uploaded this information.

be current
be a close-up of your full head and upper shoulders
show you facing forwards and looking straight at the camera
have your eyes open and visible and not have anything covering your face
contain no other objects or people
be taken against a plain background & show you in clear contrast to the background
not have any 'red eye'
