Badge scanning

When you allow your badge to be scanned by or on behalf of an exhibitor or sponsor at the Kent AI Conference you are consenting to your personal data being provided to that company (name/address/telephone/email), as submitted when registering for the event. They may use this data for things such as marketing their goods or services.

Booking Conditions

By proceeding with this registration, you are committing to placing an order to attend the conference at the charge shown above. Payment is due at time of booking and must be received to guarantee your place. If payment has not been received within 60-days the organiser reserves the right to impose a surcharge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. If payment has not been received prior to the event, then entry may be refused.

Cancellations must be made in writing to kentai@revolution-events.com. Cancellations made up to 90 days prior to the event will be refunded in full, less bank charges and an administration charge of £25+ VAT. Cancellations made less than 90 days prior cannot be refunded. Substitutions can be made at any time. All deadlines relate to the date of the event at the time of booking.

These terms take precedence over the equivalent clauses of our standard Terms & Conditions.

Photography and Filming Notice

Photography and video recording may take place at this event. Images and footage may be used in promotional materials for this, and future events organised by Revolution Events and Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce. If you or your team do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of the camera team on site so that you can be avoided. By attending, you consent to the possible use of images and footage as described.
