Attendance Options

Kent Construction EXPO is free to attend for visitors from across the industry, including those involved in design, build and product innovation. Register your details below for free access to the exhibition and conference, and to book a place for yourself and any colleagues at the networking breakfast or gala dinner.

Due to the nature of our events please note that under 16s are not permitted onsite during build up or show day. We are unable to allow access and any under 16s will be asked to leave the premises.

This year we’ve made the booking process even easier. You can now book your own and your colleagues’ EXPO, Networking Breakfast and Gala Dinner tickets all in one place.

Simply select the parts of the event you would like to attend below to view the relevant ticket options.

Please use the following form to register your place at the Networking Breakfast and/ or Gala Dinner taking place on 1st October 2026 at the Kent Event Centre.

Badge scanning

When you allow your badge to be scanned by or on behalf of an exhibitor or sponsor at Kent Construction EXPO you are consenting to your personal data being provided to that company (name/address/telephone/email), as submitted when registering for the event. They may use this data for things such as marketing their goods or services, analytics and statistics.

Under data protection legislation, Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce and Revolution Events believe that they will have a legitimate interest in using the details you supply when reserving your place at the Kent Construction EXPO to send you information about the event. This includes your badge, programme updates, information on exhibitors and other special features which form an integral part of the event. From time to time, we may also invite you to attend other relevant events, but you will always have a choice and can unsubscribe or opt out at any time.

Photography and video recording may take place at this event. Images and footage may be used in promotional materials for this and future events organised by Revolution Events. If you or your team do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of the camera team on site so that you can be avoided.

Booking conditions (for paid for social events)

By proceeding with your booking, you are committing to placing an order for the additional networking event/s at the charge shown above. Payment is due at time of booking and must be received to guarantee your place. If payment has not been received within 60-days, the organiser reserves the right to impose a surcharge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. If payment has not been received prior to the event, then entry may be refused, and you will still be charged the full booking price in accordance with the cancellation term.

Cancellations must be made in writing to constructionexpo@revolution-events.com. Cancellations for individual breakfast or gala dinner tickets are non-refundable. Cancellations for gala dinner table bookings made up to 60 days prior to the event will be refunded in full, less bank charges and an administration charge of £100. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior cannot be refunded. Substitutions can be made at any time.

These terms replace the relevant sections of our standard Terms & Conditions.
