At our events your delegate badge may, with your permission, be scanned by sponsor or exhibiting companies in the exhibition hall. If you allow your badge to be scanned, you agree for those companies to contact you about their products, events and services - some of which may be promotional in nature. This may affect any previous permissions you may have given when registering for the event.
If you attend a session as part of an event and you agree to your delegate badge being scanned by us at that session, we may share your registration details with the seminar / conference theatre sponsors of the sessions you attend. They may contact you about similar products, events and services related to your area of interest.
You can opt out of receiving marketing from third parties at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in their emails or by contacting them directly. You can also contact them to ask them to delete your personal data.
