Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via email when full payment is received. All postal registrations must be accompanied by a check or credit card details. Once registered, should you not be able to attend, your pass IS transferable to another member of your practice. Cancellation policy: You can cancel on or before 30th September 2023.
