Attendee Booking Refund Policy:
If you decide you no longer wish to attend our event, you will not be eligible for a refund; however you may be able to transfer your place to someone else who is not already registered to attend, such as a colleague. Where there are extenuating circumstances preventing you from attending the event please contact us and we will consider your case.
In the event that the conference is cancelled, rescheduled or changes venue, you will be eligible for a full refund of your place. However, PMG is not liable for any costs paid to third parties in relation to the event, such as travel or accommodation costs.
