Refund Policy

Attendee Booking Refund Policy:

If you no longer wish to attend PMG2025, please be aware that we operate a no refunds policy. You would, however, be able to transfer your place to a colleague.

Where there are extenuating circumstances preventing someone from attending the event, a refund may be given at PMG's discretion.

In the event of PMG2025 being cancelled or rescheduled, attendance fees would be refunded. However, PMG is not liable for any costs paid to third parties in relation to the event, such as for travel or accommodation.
