Booking Conditions

By proceeding with this booking you are committing to placing an order to attend or sponsor this event at the charge shown above. Payment must be received to guarantee your order. If payment has not been received within 60-days the organiser reserves the right to impose a surcharge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. If full payment is not received before the event, then admittance will not be allowed, and you will still be charged the full booking price in accordance with the cancellation term.

Table and seat cancellations must be made in writing to securityandfireawards@revolution-events.com. Cancellations made up to 90 days prior to the event will be refunded in full, less bank charges and an administration charge of £150. Cancellations made less than 90 days prior cannot be refunded. Substitutions can be made at any time. All deadlines relate to the date of the event at the time of booking. These terms take precedence over the equivalent clauses of our standard Terms & Conditions.

The organisers reserve the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel the event at any time in response to prevailing market conditions. In such cases, the maximum liability of the organisers will be limited to the value of the participant’s contract for the event and shall not include any consequential costs or losses incurred by the Participant. Should the Organisers need to postpone, reschedule or cancel the Event as a direct or indirect result of circumstances beyond their control, including without limitation, any act of God, disease or epidemic, industrial action, civil disturbance, failure of suppliers, act of terrorism, war, riot, public demonstration or governmental or local authority restraint, the booking will be transferred like for like to the rescheduled date / next event date at no additional cost to the Participant, even if the rate card increases. The organisers shall not be liable to refund any fees.

Cameras may be present at the event and photos and video footage may be used in future promotional material. Delegates not wishing to be filmed/photographed can make themselves known to the camera team so that they can be avoided.
