As part of your registration, you are required to provide a passport-style photograph and identification document for verification purposes. This is part of our more stringent and secure entry process, which will help to reduce queuing times at the venue and limit your close contact with staff and other attendees.

About MeetMe
This year, UDT is introducing MeetMe – a digital networking application. As part of your registration, some of your data will be passed to our networking application provider to create an account within the MeetMe platform. You will have to access to the platform to network with other UDT attendees before, during and after the event.
Your profile data (name, job title and company) will be visible to other attendees. Your data will be protected by the platform provider and not commercialised by them. You have the right to access your data, as well as editing or deleting it through the tools provided within the mobile application or web platform.
When entering the MeetMe networking platform you may engage in activities such as: visiting zones, browsing exhibitors or sponsors, downloading content, or viewing conference seminars. As a result of such activities the platform or the event organiser may collect, collate and share your personal information and data about your movements and interactions while in the virtual event space with the relevant sponsor or exhibitor to allow them to engage with you, subject to applicable data protection laws.
